3CA was created by a calling, validated from a vision, and launched from a longing to equip churches and ministries, engage culture, and empower leadership, for the purpose of community transformation.

 

Its founder, Pastor JC Church, has a passion to come alongside other Pastors to provide “hands on” mentorship, practical resources, and guidance.  Today, God’s shepherds are overwhelmed with everything from the daily ministry ”stuff” to compliance issues, buildings, funding, growth, events, meetings, funerals, hospital visits, home groups, and finding the time to fit in prayer, preaching, and their personal relationship with Jesus. The result is often a feeling of isolation and a perception of being marooned and forsaken.

 

3CA exists as an “equipping center”, a place where church and ministry leaders can find refuge and restoration, community and collaboration, and the tools, answers, and insights to expand, in order to have maximum influence in their sphere of influence.

 

According to a recent Barna study, less than 4% of believers have a comprehensive Christian world view.  God intended the church to be the standard of the reflection of the morals and values of a community, which are expressed daily through its culture.  3CA, through Pastor JC Church has a proven track record of integrating Biblical truths into social and political issues.

The answer to the question of whether leaders are born or developed is "yes".  The Bible is clear-from “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you” to I Corinthians 12, the fact that there exists "Leader DNA" is undeniable-but the catch is does it guarantee success?
